TrueCut Insurance LLC is hiring for a sales position with a 12:30 PM–9:00 PM shift. This role offers a competitive salary along with performance-based bonuses.
We are an independent Property & Casualty insurance agency. Our team works in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where phone communication, customer service, and teamwork are important. We’re looking for someone who is motivated, professional, and comfortable working with customers over the phone.

Qualifications:
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required)
- Proven success in insurance sales or a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Confidence in handling objections and closing deals
- A motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a commitment to excellence
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming sales calls with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Provide personalized insurance quotes tailored to each customer’s needs
- Confidently close sales and effectively address customer objections
- Follow all established procedures, guidelines, and compliance standards
- Deliver exceptional, personalized service that builds trust and fosters long-term customer retention
- Stay focused on achieving monthly goals
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all customer interactions and documentation
