TrueCut Insurance is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Retention Specialist to join our team and help strengthen customer relationships and reduce cancellations. Responsibilities
- Contact customers pending cancellation (including underwriting-related) and work to resolve issues
- Focus on reinstating canceled policies
- Identify and assist at-risk customers before renewal to improve retention
- Reach out to clients who complete NPS surveys and address any feedback
- Promote programs that increase retention, such as autopay
- Report weekly updates on cancellations, reinstatements, and key retention metrics
Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in customer service, retention, or insurance preferred
- Property & Casualty license or willingness to obtain within 4 months of hire
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude, detail-oriented, and committed to providing excellent service
Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
